They’ve got some decent gear and it’s easy to find the basics, which I do appreciate. But I wish they had more variety when it comes to sizes and colors because it feels a little limited sometimes. Also, I got a bit frustrated because I asked a couple of questions and didn’t really get consistent answers, so that made the shopping experience more annoying than it needed to be. Overall, it’s not a bad place, just not as great as I hoped

At first I was happy with these grips because they did make a difference and felt decent to use. But then they tore way faster than I expected, which was frustrating. So yeah, I liked them for a bit, but I wish they held up better

I had to swap for a different size, and the return/exchange did go through fine, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Support got back to me eventually! Overall, not a bad experience... just wish the process was a little quicker and smoother

I mean, overall, these helped my wrists quite a bit. Like, they’re not some miracle fix or anything, but they do give nice support and made my wrists feel a little more comfortable when I needed it.

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling a bit tighter than I prefer, especially around the wrist. I’m particular about fit, so that stood out to me right away. The quality seems fine overall, I just wish the size guide had been a little more helpful. It’s not a bad purchase, but if I order again, I’d probably size up.

"Okay overall, but I expected better communication"
I ordered from bearkomplex.com and overall it was fine, but not exactly a smooth experience. The product itself is decent and does what it’s supposed to, so no major complaints there. The delivery just took longer than I expected, and customer service did eventually reply, but it felt slow. I wasn’t looking for anything over the top, but i did expect at least a quick apology or some acknowledgment for the delay. Not a terrible experience, just not one that really impressed me.

"They’re Fine, I Guess"
I tried the Bear Komplex grips for a few workouts, and they were comfortable at first. The padding definitely helps, so I was like, okay, great, we’re doing this. But once I got into longer sets, they started rubbing my wrist a bit, which was super cool and not annoying at all. It wasn’t unbearable or anything, just not as comfortable as I was hoping. Maybe they just need more time to break in. Overall, they’re okay.

I picked up these grips from Bear Komplex and I’ve been really happy with them so far. I’ve used a few other grips in the past that either felt too stiff or started feeling cheap quickly, but these have a much better balance. The material feels strong without being rigid, and after a couple workouts they broke in nicely. They sit well in my hands now, and the texture feels solid and comfortable...

"Solid grip, needed a little breaking in"
Picked up a pair of grips from bearkomplex.com and they’ve been solid so far. Grip on the bar feels way better than my old ones, especially during pull-ups and toes-to-bar.
Felt a bit stiff the first couple of sessions, so had to give them some time to break in. Not perfect right out of the box, but still really good overall. Would give them 4 stars.

"Surprisingly Solid Grips"
Got my grips last week and, shockingly, they’re actually really well made. The quality feels great, and the stitching looks strong enough to not fall apart after five minutes, which is always a nice little miracle.

"It was decent, but didn’t last long"
The grip felt good at first, so I thought it would hold up fine. But after a little use, the stitching started fraying, which was disappointing. They just wore out faster than I expected.

I ordered from bearkomplex.com and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and items were all right, and nothing was missing or randomly swapped. Shipping was about what I expected and the packaging was fine too. Based on this order, it seems like they’re reliable. Nothing fancy to report, but that’s kind of what I want when I shop online.
